Concerts of Kazan chamber orchestra La Primavera within the project “Stars of tomorrow" are given once a year in January on the stage of the State Great concert hall named after S. Saydashev, at the initiative of its art director and chief conductor Rustem Abyazov. At first only graduates of the Secondary Music School at the Kazan State Conservatory named after N.Zhiganov took part in the project. Last 2015 year at the initiative of the Kazan Administration of culture, graduates of the city music schools and children’s creative teams participated in the project.
In 2016 children with disabilities, but who achieved successes in music, took part in the program for the first time. Bulat Minnullin, a pupil of the Children’s Music School № 1 named after P.I. Tchaykovskiy (blind from birth), was among them. He performed a part of F-minor concert by I.S. Bach on the piano. The pupil of the Children’s Music School № 7 named after А.S. Klyucharev, Aleksey Romanov (without hands) performed a composition of Lee Rum from the soundtrack to the film "Twilight". In general, more than 100 young performers took part in the concert: finalists of the project "New wave", winners of Delphic games, participants of the federal program "Singing star" and the project "Voice", grant-holders of the fund "New names".
